Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping within Germany We ship via DHL or UPS. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after shipment. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Shipping to the EU We ship to all EU countries. Delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country. Any customs duties or import taxes within the EU are included in the price (VAT is shown accordingly).

Tracking After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment at any time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately at info@up-paragliders.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
